Content of Websites of Customers -
• Adult websites shall not be permitted on any Australian Websites/Ozwwweb
webserver, nor are websites which depict adult, children or animals in a sexual nature.
• Game-servers and gambling websites are are not permitted on any Australian
Websites/Ozwwweb webserver.
• Any website on an Australian Websites/Ozwwweb webserver from which any form of
spam or unsolicited email emanates, shall be immediately shut down and any
agreement between the website's owner (the Australian Websites/Ozwwweb
customer) shall be immediately terminated and any fees paid by the customer will be
forfeited without any refund.
• The proprietor of Australian Websites/Ozwwweb shall have the final say in deciding
what content is or is not appropriate under these terms and conditions.
• Website content supplied to Australian Websites/Ozwwweb shall be emailed or sent
by ordinary post to Australian Websites/Ozwwweb. No responsibility for any loss of
material will be accepted by Australian Websites/Ozwwweb.
