How quickly can you get my website up?
A. Generally within 24 hours of getting the go ahead and the quote signed by you. I like to get some text up asap so that the web bots like Google can begin searching for your business straight away.
How long does it take to get the website finished?
A. This depends largely on how quickly the customer gets photos, words and other relevant information to me. I set 45 days as the ideal time span to get the job done. If I’ve done all that I can with what you’ve supplied me and I can't go any further, you’ll be billed and all work done on your website from that point on, will eat into your three hours of free updates.
Who owns the website once it is finished?
A. You do! I only build and then manage it for you. Once paid for, you can take it where-ever you want. The same goes for your domain name. It all belongs to you. I’m just the caretaker of everything.

What if I already have my own domain name?
A. I can arrange the transfer of the domain's management across at no cost to you.
Will I get a written quote which details everything that I’m going to get with my website?
A. Yes - upon request.
Do I have to pay a deposit before you start?
A. No - I just like to be paid within 7 days of billing you. I accept cheques, money orders, Paypal and direct deposit into my bank account. Accounts are deemed as overdue after 7 days. See below.
What happens if I don’t pay you?
A. I could switch your website off until you do pay me and then I may charge you $50 to switch it back on. Read the Terms & Conditions on my website. If a problem arises that could affect your ability to pay me - tell me about it and we’ll see what we can do to work through it.

Can I pay my website off?
A. Yes you can - by sequential equal monthly payments over no more than two months. But this must be agreed to before I commence your job and the repayment terms must be written into the quote. An $11.00* per month surcharge will apply to each terms payment agreement. But see above.
What if I want extra pages?
A. These are $83.00* each. Pulling an existing page down and replacing it with a modified one, is deemed to be a new page.
Do I need a graphic designer to build my logos and special grahics requirements?
A. Yes and no. I’ll build a header/banner for your website and I’ll also put together a bit of a montage of photos/images from those that are supplied to me. I use a combination of flash display, gallery display and scrolling images to best display your images, in line with the type of website you have. If you want a custom logo, a designer is best.

If I get one of your managed packages, can I update my website myself?
A. No. My plans cater for me to do all updates, which leaves you free to run your business. I implement all website updates within 24 hours of receipt of any written or emailed instructions. If you want CMS, then you will need to go an expensive web developer which specialises in costly content management systems. This is what makes my managed website packages such good value. Do you have Content Management System (CMS) websites so that I can update my own website?
A. Yes. But I don't like doing these much because of the limitations of the number of graphics and the brightness of this type of website. However, I can do an up to seven page CMS website for $1,500.00 which includes the website, hosting on one of my Australian webservers and a .com.au domain name.
My price does not include tuition - I will assume that you have the necessary skills to manage the website yourself.
